Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here is how cancellations work for transfers and private trips booked with My Transfer Punta Cana.

More than 24 hours before pickup

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund.

Within 24 hours of pickup

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a fee of 50% of the booking.

No-shows

If the passenger does not show up for the scheduled pickup without cancelling, the booking is non-refundable.

Flight delays

A delayed flight is not a no-show: we monitor incoming flights in real time and your driver waits at no extra charge. Include your flight number when you book so we can track it.
